Duties

- Manage retail sales transactions, including cash handling and operating the POS system accurately.
- Utilize upselling techniques to promote products and services effectively.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display to attract guests.
- Handle customer service inquiries via phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Ensure that all guest interactions are managed with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or technology sales is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and transaction processing.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with merchandising strategies and techniques is a plus.
- Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.
