The Role
We are seeking a polished and relationship-driven Customer Success Manager / Membership Advisor to help grow our membership community. This is not a traditional healthcare sales role.

What You’ll Do
- Build and maintain relationships with high-net-worth individuals and professionals
- Introduce prospective members to the Primaris Health experience
- Conduct private clinic tours and consultations
- Attend networking events, luxury brand events, and community activations
- Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing client relationships
- Work closely with leadership to improve client experience and membership growth
- Represent the Primaris brand with professionalism and confidence
- Create referral opportunities through strategic partnerships and personal networkingIdeal Background

Pay: $40,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
