Position Summary
Janico Investments is seeking a motivated and customer focused Lubricant & Equipment Coordinator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of our lubricant warehouse and retail storefront by providing exceptional customer service, managing inventory, preparing quotations and invoices, and assisting customers with lubricant and fuel equipment solutions.
Role & Responsibilities
Customer Service & Sales:
- Assist customers with lubricant recommendations, product inquiries, and equipment selection.
- Prepare customer quotations, process sales orders, and follow up on outstanding quotes.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell lubricants, fuel equipment, and related products.
- Assist with promotional campaigns and seasonal sales initiatives.
- Maintain accurate pricing and product information.
Inventory & Warehouse Operations:
- Manage lubricant inventory, including ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory control.
- Receive, organize, and merchandise inventory.
- Operate the Lubricant & Equipment retail storefront.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail and warehouse environment.
- Open and close the store as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Experience with inventory management, point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Valid Class 5 driver's licence.
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Previous experience in industrial, agricultural, automotive, or petroleum products is considered an asset.

Pay: $45,000.00 per year
