Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and employee management.
Duties:
- Oversee the recruitment process from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Conduct interviews and assist in the selection process
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
- Supervise HR staff and coordinate their tasks effectively
- Drive process improvement initiatives within the HR department
- Collect and analyze HR data to support decision-making
- Implement change management strategies effectively
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Proven experience in HR functions such as recruitment, and employee relations
- Strong skills in interviewing, supervising, and process improvement
- Ability to collect and analyze data for strategic planning
- Proficient in change management techniques
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills
