We are a local wholesale food products company seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and efficient order processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Arrange and perform small urgent deliveries to customers when required.
- Maintain product knowledge and stay informed about new products and promotions.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the internal accounting team regarding payment follow-ups and account inquiries.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure efficient daily operations.
Qualification and Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, wholesale distribution, or the food industry is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience operating point-of-sale (POS) systems and processing customer transactions.
- Ability to read and understand spoken Chinese (Mandarin and/or Cantonese) without reliance on translation tools, and communicate effectively in English.
