HVAC/Refrigeration Tech (3rd Year or Journeyperson) – Join a Solid Crew
We’re growing and looking for a motivated HVAC/Refrigeration tech to join our team. Whether you’re a strong 3rd year or a fully certified Journeyperson, if you know your stuff and take pride in your work, we want to hear from you.
We specialize in commercial, multi-family, and retrofit projects—so the work stays interesting and challenging.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Installing, servicing, and troubleshooting HVAC systems
- Working on commercial and multi-family sites, including retrofits
- Diagnosing issues and fixing them right the first time
- Communicating with clients and site contacts clearly and professionally
- Handling emergency service calls when needed
- Pitching in on other mechanical work (plumbing, gas, sheet metal) when required
What We’re Looking For:
- 3rd Year Apprentice or Journeyperson in Refrigeration/HVAC
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems and retrofit work
- Someone reliable, motivated, and easy to work with
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good attitude and solid customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts
- On-call rotation
- Occasional weekend work
Pay: $50.00-$63.50 per hour
