We are looking for a creative and driven individual to join our team and take our brand to the next level. THE ROLE We are looking for a versatile Social Media Manager & Content Creator who can wear multiple hats. You will be the voice and visual storyteller of SuyinLifts Gym across all major platforms. If you have an eye for a great shot, know how to edit engaging video clips, understand the nuances of different social media algorithms, and have experience running successful ad campaigns — we want you on our team! KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook - Capture high-quality photos and videos of gym activities, member transformations, equipment, and events - Cut, edit, and optimize short-form clips (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and long-form videos (YouTube) - Plan, create, and manage Facebook and Instagram Ad campaigns to drive membership sign-ups and brand awareness - Respond to comments and messages, and engage with our audience to build a strong online community - Track performance metrics, analyze content performance, and adjust strategies to maximize growth REQUIREMENTS - Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business (fitness industry experience is a big plus) - Strong photography and videography skills with a portfolio of previous work - Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro, Final Cut, CapCut) and photo editing tools - Hands-on experience running and optimizing Facebook/Meta Ads - Deep understanding of trends, algorithms, and best practices across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Facebook - Ability to work independently, pitch creative ideas, and execute them from start to finish
Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
