Duties
- Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art.
- Provide body waxing services to clients seeking hair removal treatments.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all work areas and tools, adhering to health regulations.
- Upsell additional services and retail products to enhance client satisfaction and increase sales.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding client needs, offering consultations, and ensuring a positive experience.
- Educate clients on proper nail care and maintenance between appointments.
- Keep detailed records of services provided and client preferences for repeat visits.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending products suited to individual client needs.
Skills
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, and nail art.
- Knowledge of body waxing techniques is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.
- Excellent sanitation practices to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to upsell services and retail products tactfully without pressuring clients.
- Good communication skills to understand client preferences and explain treatment options clearly.
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products effectively.
