Scoop Shop: Customer Service
Job Summary:
Provide a fun, friendly, and professional service to our customers on a daily basis, along with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
Scooper Responsibilities:
- Great and assist every customer with their order in a positive friendly manner.
- Handling payment transactions on cash register.
- Daily cleaning of equipment.
- Overall cleanliness of the shop.
Scooper Requirements:
- Prior food service and cash handling experience preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills- both in person and over the phone.
- Solid math skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to adhere to food service safety and sanitation guidelines.
- Ability to withstand being on your feet for long periods of time.
- Ability to work as a member of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong work ethic, highly motivated and willing to do what it takes to get the job done right.
