Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Asphalt Raker/Finish Skid Steer Operator to join our team, HIRING ASAP.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the paving process, ensuring that asphalt is evenly distributed and properly finished. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Duties
- Operate equipment like Skid Steer (Finish Grading) and raking in the paving process.
- Rake and spread asphalt to ensure an even surface.
- Finish Grade Skid Steer Operator.
- Paving Roads, Parking lots and Driveways
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Screed operation is preferred.
- Proven experience in Asphalt Raking is Preferred
- Paving Laborer
- Familiarity with loader operation of the paver.
- Knowledge of paving techniques a must.
- Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues effectively.
- Ability to dig and prepare surfaces for asphalt application.
- Experience Finish Skidsteer Ground a must.
- A valid driving license
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work in various weather conditions.
