POSITION OVERVIEW
As our Registered Kinesiologist & Clinic Manager, you'll play an integral role in supporting our clinical team while helping ensure the day-to-day operations of the clinic run smoothly. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about improving both patient outcomes and clinic performance.
Role: Clinic Operations
- Support front desk operations as needed, including scheduling, patient communication, and administrative tasks.
- Assist with inventory management and act as a product specialist, educating patients on rehabilitation products, braces, orthotics, compression stockings, and other clinic offerings.
- Coordinate and participate in monthly clinic performance reviews.
- Help organize and facilitate monthly staff meetings.
- Assist with workflow improvements and maintaining exceptional patient service standards.
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and efficient clinic environment.
Qualifications
- Registered Kinesiologist in good standing.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Friendly, compassionate, and patient-focused.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Team-oriented with a positive attitude and a growth mindset.
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy multidisciplinary clinic.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Canva. [Is beneficial]
- Experience in a physiotherapy, chiropractic, or rehabilitation clinic is considered an asset.
