Job Description
Senior Collection Account Managers handle our prime client portfolios - commercial, banks, telco, purchased accounts - high commission rates, fair break-even, good performance bonuses - our senior collectors are doing huge numbers EVERY month - are you?

Position Accountabilities
- Initiate outbound calls to and take inbound calls from debtors in order to collect debts owed to General Credit Services’ Clients
- Negotiate repayment of overdue accounts with debtors to ensure a positive resolution
- Record interaction with debtors and update information on computerized system
Qualifications
- Relevant experience and skills will be required
- Reside and are legally able to work in Canada
- Ambitious & Goal-Oriented
- Excellent written and oral communication skills. (Proficient knowledge of English is required)
- Able to pass a Criminal Background Check
