We are seeking a dedicated, reliable and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. Your ability to communicate effectively and analyze customer needs will be essential in ensuring a positive experience.
Part time but could lead to full time for the right applicant.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring a high level of service.
- Utilize strong phone etiquette to communicate clearly and professionally with customers.
- Analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Engage in upselling opportunities by identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate products or services.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Maintain knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to analyze situations critically.
