Job Description
We are seeking reliable, hardworking General Labourers (Loaders) / Cleaners to join our team in Thunder Bay. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping our operations moving smoothly by assisting with heavy material loading, site organization, and maintaining clean, hazard-free work environments.

Key Responsibilities
- Material Loading: Manually load, unload, stack, and stage construction materials, equipment, and bulk items safely across the site.
- Site Cleanup: Perform sweeping, debris removal, scraping, and disposal of waste materials to ensure safe and organized working zones.
- Tool Handling: Safely operate basic hand tools, brooms, shovels, and wheelbarrows as directed by the site supervisor.
- Team Support: Assist skilled tradespeople, carpenters, and operators with moving heavy components and prepping work areas.
- Safety Compliance: Follow workplace safety guidelines at all times, including proper lifting techniques and wearing required PPE.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Physical Fitness: Ability to perform continuous physical labor, including heavy lifting, bending, carrying, and standing for full shifts.
- Reliability: Highly punctual, dedicated, and committed to arriving on site for the 7:00 AM shift start.
- Work Ethic: Strong attention to detail regarding site cleanliness and a collaborative, team-first attitude.
- Experience: Prior experience in warehouse loading, asset movement, or construction cleanup is an asset, but not mandatory—dependability is our top priority.
