Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant & Toddler to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires a strong commitment to early childhood education and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues through effective communication and collaboration.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians on their development.
- Support children with special needs or disabilities by adapting teaching methods and materials as necessary.
- Maintain classroom organization and cleanliness while managing time effectively during daily activities.
- Utilize technology for classroom management, lesson planning, and communication purposes.
Experience
- A degree in Early Childhood Education and Infant & Toddler certificate
- Experience working with children in a preschool or childcare setting is essential.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing classroom dynamics effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour
