Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base and market share.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and business growth objectives.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients and partners to secure beneficial agreements.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company goals.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that support business development efforts.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track leads, opportunities, and client interactions for effective pipeline management.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and reports for internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote brand awareness.
Requirements
- 5+ years business experience
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple initiatives concurrently.
- Customer service experience required for phone calls, data entry, sales calls.
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and experience working with CRM platforma and tech experience
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for building lasting relationships.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic plans based on insights gained.
- Familiarity with industry-specific trends and a proactive approach to identifying new opportunities.
- Scheduling experience with numerous clients and employees
Pay: From $17.75 per hour
