We're looking for a seasoned Carpenter who understands the nuances of working in lived-in spaces, appreciates precision, and takes pride in the finishing details that turn houses into homes.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Execute framing, boarding, and finishing work with a high level of detail and care.
- Install and trim interior features such as doors, baseboards, casing, cabinetry, and stair components.
- Perform drywall hanging and finishing to a clean, paint-ready standard.
- Collaborate with Project Leads to ensure scope and details are completed to spec.
- Contribute to layout, prep, and sequencing on-site to keep projects on track.
- Tackle structural and cosmetic repairs with a problem-solving mindset.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and respectful work environment—especially in occupied homes.
What You Bring
- 8 - 10 years of hands-on fine finish carpentry work in residential construction or renovations.
- Proficiency in framing, drywall, trim work, and general interior finishing.
- Confidence working from drawings and site measurements.
- Solid understanding of how to prep and execute high-end finishes.
- Ability to self-manage tasks, take initiative, and deliver consistent quality.
- Strong communication and a collaborative attitude.
