Job Description
Job Summary: As a Sales Representative, you will play a critical role in driving the growth of passenger traffic business in the Vanvouver market. In this dynamic, customer-facing position, you will develop new business opportunities, manage partner relationships, analyze sales performance, and collaborate across teams to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Development
· Prospect and develop new business opportunities for passenger services
· Promote airline products and support local market growth
2. Sales Data
· Monitor and consolidate sales data on a regular basis
· Prepare sales reports and conduct basic analysis to support business decisions
3. Coordination
· Coordinate with internal teams on pre-sales, contract processing, and post-sales activities
· Ensure smooth communication and execution across departments
4. Relationship Management
· Maintain strong relationships with partners across all sales channels
· Support ongoing collaboration with travel agencies and corporate clients
5. Product Support
· Assist with product development initiatives and market research
· Support product optimization based on customer needs and market trends
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
· 1–3 years of sales, customer service, account management, or related experience.
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) and mainstream AI tools
· Valid authorization to work in Canada without current or future sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications
· Previous experience in the airline, travel, hospitality or related industry
· Bilingual proficiency (English and Mandarin preferred)
· Experience in sales, customer service, business development or account management is a plus

任职要求：
· 商业、市场营销或相关专业本科及以上学历；
· 具备1–3年销售、客户服务、客户关系管理或相关工作经验；
· 具备良好的口头及书面沟通能力；
· 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件（尤其是Excel）及主流AI工具；
· 合法在加拿大工作（不提供未来签证支持）
优先条件：
· 具有航空、旅游、酒店或相关行业工作经验者优先；
· 具备双语沟通能力者优先（英语和普通话优先）；
· 具有销售、客户服务、业务拓展或客户关系管理经验者优先。
