Position Overview
We are seeking a CMRAO-licensed Property Manager (General Licensee) with extensive condominium experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential condominium properties across the Greater Toronto Area, ensuring that day-to-day operations are seamless, responsive, and compliant with all relevant legislation.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the full operational management of a portfolio of condominium corporations
- Act as the primary point of contact for Boards of Directors, residents, contractors, and service providers
- Prepare and present management reports, budgets, and financial statements to Boards
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital projects in collaboration with vendors and engineering firms
- Ensure compliance with the Condominium Act, CMRAO regulations, and other applicable legislation
- Manage and attend Board meetings, AGMs, and special meetings as required
- Supervise and mentor administrative and site staff
- Respond to resident inquiries and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency
- Collaborate with accounting and administrative teams to ensure accurate billing and financial reporting
- Proactively identify areas of improvement and offer strategic solutions to enhance community satisfaction and operational efficiency
Qualifications
- CMRAO General License (required)
- Minimum 5 years of direct condominium property management experience
- Strong knowledge of the Condominium Act, building operations, and financial management
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities
- Access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license (required)
