Position: General labourer (CNC Helper)
Reports to: Manufacturing Manager
Location: Oakville, ON
Afternoon shift: 2pm to 12 am Monday to Thursday (10 hours shift/4 days a week) overtime after 40 hours
Dayshift 6am to 2pm Monday to Friday (8 hours shift/5 days a week) overtime after 40 hours
Payrate: $21.00 per hour to start
Permanent after 3 months of probation

Responsibilities
Assist the CNC laser operator with loading/Unloading materials
Using MHE to lift and load the machine
Keeping work station clean and organized
Education and Experience
High School Diploma
1+ years of sheet metal or steel experience
Crane license or – forklift license is an asset
1+ years of working experience within manufacturing/production environment
Able to work within a team
Physically capable of performing the essential duties and responsibilities of the position including regular lifting and carrying of 5-23 kgs.
Good interpersonal skills; customer focused and a team player.
Ability to work safe and independently within a fast paced environment.
Written and oral communication in English.
Able to follow instructions and effectively communicate both verbally and in writing.
