Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Strata Document Analyst with British Columbia strata industry experience to review and refine AI-generated buyer reports. You'll ensure our reports are accurate, clear, and provide homebuyers with actionable insights about their potential strata purchase. This part-time, remote role requires you to pick up reports as they're assigned throughout the day and complete reviews promptly in a fast-paced environment.
An active, valid BC Trading Services License is required.
Responsibilities
- Review and edit AI-generated strata analysis reports for accuracy, completeness, and clarity
- Meet with clients to review their reports
- Verify details about reserve funds, special assessments, bylaws, restrictions, and potential red flags for buyers
- Identify missing information or areas requiring further investigation
- Provide structured feedback to improve our AI system's performance
- Ensure reports clearly address common buyer concerns and highlight critical purchase considerations
- Maintain organized records of revisions and quality control checks
Experience
- Background in British Columbia strata management, real estate, or related industries (property law, strata board experience, building management)
- Strong understanding of BC strata corporation documents including declarations, bylaws, reserve fund studies, financial statements, and meeting minutes
- Ability to interpret strata corporation financials and identify potential issues for buyers
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills with ability to manage multiple reviews efficiently
- Excellent written communication skills—able to explain complex concepts clearly for non-technical audiences
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
- ACMO, RCM, or similar property management certification preferred
- Knowledge of BC's Strata Property Act is an asset
- Understanding of common buyer concerns in the BC strata market highly desirable
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
Licence/Certification:
- Trading Services License in the Province of British Columbia (preferred)
