Wage: $25.00 to $30.00 per hour, based on experience

Brink Forest Products is a well-established and growing company committed to providing quality forest products and exceptional service. We are seeking a professional, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team and support the daily operations of our business.
Position Summary
The Administrative Coordinator plays an important role in supporting office operations, customer service, and administrative functions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, communicating with a variety of stakeholders, and contributing to the success of a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Provide administrative support to management and accounting staff
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and filing systems
- Prepare, distribute, and organize correspondence and documentation
- Coordinate office activities and assist with daily operational requirements
- Respond to inquiries from customers, vendors, and team members
- Support general office administration and special projects as required
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Professional, reliable, and customer-service oriented
- Previous administrative experience is preferred
- Experience with Sage accounting software is considered an asset
- Experience with Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Accounts Payable (A/P) processes is considered an asset
