Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team for September 1st, 2026. As the first point of contact at our clinic, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming experience for our patients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate person or department
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and maintaining records
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and photocopying documents
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients and visitors
Experience:
- Previous experience working in similar healthcare setting is preferred
- Proficient in computerized systems, including data entry and using phone systems
- Strong proofreading skills with attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Experience working at the front desk or in a customer-facing role is preferred
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Jane scheduleing software is a plus
