We are looking for an experienced cook who is available to work weekend mornings and evenings. Part time Friday, Saturday and Sunday mornings.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing ingredients, cooking dishes, and ensuring the highest standards of food safety and quality. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble ingredients for menu items in accordance with recipes and presentation standards.
- Cook and plate dishes efficiently while maintaining consistency and quality.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients.
- Follow food safety guidelines to ensure proper handling, storage, and sanitation of all food products.
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy hours.
- Adhere to restaurant policies regarding serving, food handling, and safety procedures.
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, restaurant kitchens, or food industry preferred. willingness to learn is essential.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and meal assembly.
- Understanding of food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
