We’re currently seeking a reliable, self-motivated team member who thrives in a small team setting. The ideal candidate has either experience in the cannabis industry or a genuine passion for cannabis and a strong desire to learn.
This role is perfect for someone who takes initiative, enjoys helping people, and can be counted on to show up and step up when needed.
Availability Requirements:
- Must be available Friday and Saturday evenings
- Must be open to frequent shift coverage (stat holidays, vacation coverage, sick coverage, etc.)
- Flexibility is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product recommendations
- Maintain strong knowledge of cannabis products and producers
- Handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Keep the store clean, organized, and welcoming
- Support team operations and step in when coverage is needed
What You Bring:
- Strong reliability and punctuality (critical in a small team)
- Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently
- Passion for cannabis or prior industry experience preferred
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Willingness to learn and stay up to date with products
