RivaCore Surveys and Locates is actively seeking a highly motivated individual for full-time employment based out of Dugald, Manitoba. We are looking for an ambitious person who is eager to learn, contribute, and build a rewarding career in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Survey Project Manager in coordinating multiple projects from initiation to completion
- Serve as the central liaison between clients, field teams and the Survey Project Manager, coordinating schedules, communicating project requirements, and facilitating the successful execution of projects.
- Monitor project progress and assist in resolving scheduling conflicts and operational challenges
- Assist with procurement and inventory management of project materials and equipment
- Maintain project documentation, records, and filing systems
- Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and health and safety standards
- Participate in the company's health and safety program and uphold RivaCore's core values
Required Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Strong competency with Microsoft Office programs, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License
- Reliable transportation to and from the office
- Ability to occasionally travel to project sites as required
- Ability to manage multiple projects, schedules, and priorities simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, construction administration, surveying, or a related industry
- Familiarity with construction documentation, project scheduling, and contract administration
- Experience preparing quotations, proposals, or project estimates

Work Schedule
- Full-time
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional travel throughout Manitoba and surrounding regions
- Occasional overtime during peak construction season
