We're looking for a creative, organized, and driven Sales & Marketing Coordinator who is excited to combine marketing, sales support, event coordination, and digital communications into one rewarding role. What You'll Be Doing
No two days are the same! You'll play a key role in supporting our Sales team by:
- Creating and coordinating marketing campaigns and promotions.
- Managing website content, email marketing, social media, and digital communications.
- Supporting Union Tractor's unique 3-3-3 Marketing Strategy to strengthen our brand and customer engagement.
- Designing brochures, presentations, advertisements, and sales materials.
- Coordinating trade shows, customer appreciation events, open houses, and promotional activities.
- Managing branded merchandise and promotional inventory.
- Preparing sales reports, dashboards, and CRM data.
- Assisting with quotations, customer communications, and sales administration.
- Conducting market research and monitoring competitor activity.
- Ensuring our brand is presented consistently across every customer touchpoint.
What We're Looking For
You're someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats and takes pride in keeping projects moving.
You'll be successful if you have:
- A diploma or degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in a sales and marketing coordination role.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, digital marketing platforms, and social media.
- Graphic design experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar software is considered an asset.
- Experience in heavy equipment, industrial, agriculture, trucking, or related industries is an advantage—but not required.

Travel
