We specialize in bathrooms, kitchens, basements, flooring, tile, framing, finish carpentry, decks, siding, windows and doors, and general home renovations.
We’re looking for a skilled, reliable Red Seal Carpenter who takes pride in their work, works well with a team, and is committed to delivering high-quality results.
Responsibilities
- Complete residential renovation and construction projects from start to finish.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and project plans.
- Perform framing, finish carpentry, trim installation, door and window installation.
- Install cabinets, flooring, tile, drywall, and other interior finishes.
- Build decks, fences, sheds, and other exterior structures.
- Complete siding, soffit, fascia, and exterior finishing work.
- Ensure all work meets building code requirements and company quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site.
- Work independently or lead apprentices and labourers when required.
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members.
- Operate and maintain company tools and equipment safely.
Qualifications
- Red Seal Carpenter certification.
- Minimum 5 years of carpentry experience.
- Valid driver’s licence with reliable transportation.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods and renovation practices.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Experience in renovations is considered a strong asset.
- Comfortable performing physically demanding work, including lifting heavy materials.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality workmanship.
- Positive attitude, dependable, and punctual.
Assets
Experience with any of the following would be considered an asset:
- Schluter shower systems
- Tile installation
- Kitchen and bathroom renovations
- Drywall finishing and painting
