Duties
- Follow up with qualified leads provided by the marketing team
- Schedule and conduct consultations (phone / online / in-person) with prospective students
- Understand student goals and recommend appropriate learning plans
- Clearly present course structure, timelines, and outcomes
- Drive enrollment and payment through effective consultation and closing
- Maintain consistent follow-ups to maximize conversion rates
- Manage and update leads in CRM systems
- Proactively generate additional leads through personal networks or referrals
- Meet and exceed individual sales and conversion targets
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (Experience in education, language training, or student recruitment preferred)
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to confidently handle students and diverse client profiles
- Strong ownership, follow-up discipline, and results-driven mindset
- Comfortable working with KPIs, targets, and performance metrics
- Flexibility required: availability for evenings and weekends based on student scheduling needs
- Familiarity with French learning pathways, CLB levels, or immigration-related goals will be a plus
- Ability to generate self-sourced leads is a strong advantage
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: $18.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 35 per week
