THE ROLE
We're looking for cooks who want to be part of something more and are tired of settling for less. You'll work across stations including Garde Manger, Grill, Sauté, Pizza, Pivot and Expo, coordinating daily with members of the chef team on mise en place, pars, and service execution.
In return, we expect you to learn, be curious, know your station, hold your corner, be willing to accept help and help others hold theirs, and communicate like a professional when the floor gets sat and the chit rail starts filling.

Previous kitchen experience is an asset. Heart for the craft is non-negotiable.
