Provide individual and group exercises as prescribed by the Physiotherapist.
Promote functional independence with a Restorative Care Philosophy.
Provide wheelchairs and assistive devices to residents.
Complete all Restorative care referrals and chart in Point Click Care.
Provide education to staff as directed by the Restorative Care Manager.

Pay: From $23.61 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
