Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Office and Service Administrator to support daily office operations and coordinate plumbing service work from request to completion. This role is ideal for someone who is detail oriented, customer-focused and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Respond to phone and email service requests and create jobs in the company's operating system.
- Dispatch technicians and coordinate service details with clients.
- Follow up with technicians to confirm job completion, materials used, and billing details.
- Process supplier invoices, allocate costs to the appropriate jobs, and prepare invoices for payment.
- Assist with preparing and sending customer quotes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors for pricing, scheduling and service arrangements.
- Keep customers informed on job status and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
- Support general office administration and other duties as required.
Qualifications
- College diploma or equivalent administrative experience.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in plumbing, construction, service related environment.
- Strong customer service, communication and follow-up skills.
- Excellent organization, time management and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly.
- Comfortable coordinating with technicians, customers, suppliers and subcontractors.
- Ability to work independently and adapt in fast-paced environment.
Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
