Front of House Team Member
Part-Time | Approximately 15+ hours per week
We are looking for a friendly, customer-focused Front of House Team Member to join our growing team.

About the Role
This is a fast-paced position where no two days are the same. You'll be the face of our business, creating a welcoming atmosphere for every customer while helping keep the shop running smoothly. Customer service is always the priority, but you'll also need to be confident multitasking and managing your time effectively to ensure daily tasks are completed.
Responsibilities
- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly, positive attitude
- Taking customer orders accurately and handling cash/POS transactions
- Providing table service
- Preparing coffees and specialty drinks
- Restocking shelves and displays
- Maintaining cleanliness throughout the shop
- Assisting with opening and closing duties
- Working as part of a team to keep service running efficiently

Qualifications
- Valid Food Handler Certificate (required)
- Previous hospitality, café, restaurant, or retail experience is an asset
