We are seeking a Project Coordinator to join ServcoCanada Inc. In this role, you will help plan, coordinate, and oversee projects from start to finish, supporting implementation, administration, safety, and cost control. You will also help ensure work is completed accurately, efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Core responsibilities include:
- Support the Project Manager and construction team throughout all phases of project execution.
- Build, maintain, and update detailed project schedules with real-time accuracy to support engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, and commissioning activities.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, and communicate potential impacts while assisting in the development of recovery plans.
- Maintain project document control systems, ensuring drawings, specifications, submittals, correspondence, and project records are organized, current, and properly distributed.
- Assist with the preparation, tracking, and management of Requests for Information (RFIs), while helping develop practical solutions to project issues and field challenges.
- Assist in the preparation and administration of cost change orders, including the evaluation of schedule impacts, labour requirements, material costs, and supporting documentation.
- Track and maintain logs for RFIs, change orders, submittals, and other key project documentation.
- Coordinate and follow up on project deliverables to ensure materials, equipment, resources, and documentation are available to meet project objectives.
- Review and analyze project reports, cost-to-complete forecasts, and schedule performance metrics to identify risks and opportunities.
- Support project meetings by preparing agendas, documenting action items, and following up on outstanding tasks.
- Assist with project closeout activities and provide additional support to the Project Manager as required.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications for the successful candidate include:
- Legally entitled to work in Canada and able to demonstrate long-term work authorization
- Resides in Winnipeg, Manitoba or surrounding area
- Must have a mechanical background or be a recent engineering graduate
- Construction experience is preferred
- Ability to read drawings and navigate 3D models
- Primavera and BIM modelling experience
- High proficiency in Excel
- Strong multitasking, prioritization, and time-management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: $55,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
