Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with their purchases in a professional manner
- Operate POS systems accurately to process sales transactions, returns, and exchanges
- Handle cash, credit, and digital payments with precision and integrity
- Provide product information, demonstrations, and upselling opportunities to enhance customer experience
- Maintain organized merchandising displays and ensure the sales floor is tidy and welcoming
- Communicate effectively with customers in English; bilingual skills are advantageous
- Manage time efficiently during busy periods to minimize wait times
- Uphold excellent phone etiquette when assisting customers via phone or online inquiries
- Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed
- Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures at all times
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage with diverse customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with POS systems and basic merchandising techniques
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Demonstrated organizational skills and time management capabilities
- Experience with technology sales or product demos is a plus but not required
- Professional phone etiquette and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
Pay: $17.60-$18.00 per hour
