Full Time Bilingual French Financial Underwriter
Hybrid role in Toronto!
Join our client on a temporary basis to cover for their busy period. Great work environment! Hybrid schedule!
Immediate Vacancy Starting June 15th
$25 to $29/hour
5 day work schedule with schedule out 1 month in advance
Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm (8 hour schedule); Saturday 10 am to 7 pm
Hybrid - 2 day work from home
3 days in the office (downtown Toronto)
Key Responsibilities:
- Review Applications to ensure applicants meet the credit requirements
- Read credit reports
- Run a risk assessment
- Analyze credit bureau application and evaluate risk
- Confirm ownership information
- Provide terms on approvals based on risk assessment
- Ensure documentation is properly entered and received and updated
- Ensure accurate information is entered on high dollar deals and other clerical aspects pertaining to the position
Experience Required
2 yrs bilingual underwriting experience (preferably renovations & vehicle)
Financial industry experience is preferred.
Post-secondary education preferred (college or university) in business, finance or administration.
A criminal record check and credit background check will be required for the successful candidate.
