We are a growing luxury spa with multiple locations in the Halifax Regional Municipality (HRM) and are looking for an experienced, passionate, and results-driven Spa Manager to join our leadership team.
We are seeking someone with previous spa management experience who understands the beauty and wellness industry and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while leading a high-performing team.

Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the spa to ensure an exceptional client experience.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of estheticians, massage therapists, receptionists, and support staff.
- Recruit, onboard, and train new employees.
- Create staff schedules and manage labour costs.
- Monitor and achieve sales, retail, and service performance goals.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and client satisfaction.
- Resolve client concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.
- Manage inventory, product ordering, and supplier relationships.
- Work closely with ownership to implement marketing initiatives, promotions, and business growth strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of management experience in a spa, medical spa, salon, or luxury wellness environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution abilities.
- Experience with scheduling, payroll, and operational management.
- Sales-focused mindset with the ability to drive revenue and team performance.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Comfortable working evenings and weekends as required.
- Experience with booking software and Microsoft Office is considered an asset.
