Competitive Compensation Packages – Average consultants earn $55,000 - $60,000 per year, with high performers making $70,000 - $90,000. Our top earners make over $100,000!

What You’ll Do
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a prompt, professional, and friendly manner
- Build strong customer relationships and create repeat business opportunities
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicle options
- Demonstrate vehicle features, benefits, and product knowledge effectively
- Conduct prospecting, follow-ups, and customer outreach activities
- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
- Coordinate and prepare vehicle deliveries
- Follow dealership processes and compliance requirements
- Work collaboratively with management and team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay current on Ford products, competitors, and industry trends
- Maintain a polished and professional appearance and workspace
- Deliver exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Automotive sales experience considered an asset
- Valid Ontario Class G Driver’s License
- OMVIC license or willingness to obtain one
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles considered an asset
