We are a professional kitchen with everything prepared in house. Learn the art of cooking over live fire and charcoal in a positive team atmosphere. Gratuities range from $5 - $7 per hour on average. We offer modified work schedules, 4 day work weeks as well as a employee assistance program (EAP) from hire in addition to a full benefits package after 1 year of employment.
