Job Summary
Are you someone who loves working outdoors and staying active? Special occasions is looking for hardworking, reliable individuals to join our tent installation team for the upcoming event season! You will be responsible for transporting, setting up, and tearing down tents, flooring, and lighting for weddings, festivals, and corporate events.
What You’ll Do
- Load & Unload: Efficiently move tent equipment and event rentals from the warehouse to the job site.
- Installation: Assist in the manual setup of various tent styles (pole tents, frame tents, etc.).
- Safety First: Ensure all structures are weighted, staked, and secured according to safety standards.
- Teamwork: Work closely with a crew to meet tight deadlines and ensure high-quality event setups.
- Maintenance: Clean and organize equipment after events to keep our inventory in top shape.
What We’re Looking For
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift 35+ lbs repeatedly and work on your feet in various weather conditions.
- Reliability: You show up on time and ready to work. Our clients depend on us!
- Attitude: A positive, "can-do" mindset and the ability to follow instructions.
- License: A valid driver’s license is a plus (but not always required).
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or event rentals is a bonus, but we are happy to train the right person.

Pay: $16.85-$18.00 per hour
