Position: Outbound Call Agent
Location: Remote
Duration: Part-time, 5-15 hours a week, 6 month contract
Compensation: Starting at $17.80 / hour + performance bonuses and commission

Constituent Manager Solutions is a consulting firm located in Ottawa, Ontario that provides advisory, communications, data management and voter contact services to advocacy groups, political campaigns and elected officials at all levels of government across Canada.
Position Summary:
As an Outbound Call Agent, you'd be a key member of our firm's voter contact team. Outbound Call Agents are the backbone of our firm's voter contact and outreach services. Reporting to the Vice President and Partner in-charge of call centre operations, this job is ideal for someone looking to start a career in politics or already has prior experience working in government or on political campaigns.
Duties:
- Assisting with daily call centre operations.
- Calling voters for the purpose of voter identification, issue polling, fundraising and get out the vote (GOTV) activities.
- Helping manage an internal constituent database and Do Not Call (DNC) List.
- Basic data entry and additional tasks as required.
Ideal Candidate:
- Interest in Canadian politics or public policy.
- Has a personal computer, strong internet connection and a working headset.
- Able to self-regulate and work flexible hours during evenings and on weekends.
- Effective communicator with previous experience working in a call centre environment.
- Capable of using Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace. Prior experience using CallHub, NationBuilder or another CRM is an asset.
- Bilingualism is also considered an asset.
