Large capital programs in Ontario's nuclear and energy sector are in planning or early execution right now, and the need for project controls professionals — schedulers, cost analysts, controls officers — is growing steadily.
Raise is building an active pipeline of Project Controls professionals for contract opportunities with a leading enterprise organization managing some of the largest capital programs in Ontario's history. This is not a live posting for a single role. Apply once, and we'll match you to specific opportunities as they become available.
About the Opportunity
A major nuclear refurbishment program is in its definition phase right now — that means the people doing the planning, building the baselines, and setting up the controls frameworks are being hired today. Execution starts in 2027, but the project controls infrastructure being built now will determine whether that execution succeeds. At the same time, an active SMR construction program and ongoing hydroelectric upgrades mean demand for controls professionals is not tied to a single project — it is sustained across multiple programs for the next decade.
