Position Details
Job Type: Full-Time or Part-Time, Permanent
Wage: $18.25 – $19.50 per hour + tips (based on experience)
Availability Requirements
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Must be available for lunch shifts
Restaurant Hours:
- Sunday – Thursday: 11:00 AM – 8:30 PM
- Friday & Saturday: 11:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment using commercial dishwashing equipment or by hand
- Maintain a clean and organized dishwashing area throughout the shift
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as required
- Receive, organize, and properly store deliveries and supplies
- Empty, clean, and sanitize garbage and recycling containers
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen work areas, equipment, floors, and storage spaces
- Support kitchen staff with general cleaning and closing duties
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety standards
Qualifications
- Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is an asset but not required
- Ability to safely lift between 25–50 lbs
- Comfortable performing repetitive physical tasks
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
