Responsibilities
Your daily tasks will include, but are not limited to:
● Janitorial Cleaning: Maintaining cleanliness at various commercial locations across the city.
● General Cleaning: Sweeping, mopping, light dusting, cleaning bathrooms, emptying garbage bins, and restocking supplies.
● Deep Cleaning Tasks: Pressure washing floor drains, treating each drain, and operating commercial power scrubbers to clean floors.
Schedule & Environment
● Consistent Schedule: Predictable early morning shifts, typically starting between 4:00 AM and 5:00 AM.
● Independent Work: Enjoy the autonomy of working solo and managing your own workflow. Requirements
● Vehicle: Because services are done at multiple locations across the city, the successful candidate must have their own reliable vehicle.
● Physical Capacity: Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. and operating commercial cleaning equipment.
