About the Position
We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team in Halifax. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining clean, organized, and welcoming spaces while ensuring high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
Responsibilities
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and common areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Change linens and make beds
- Empty garbage and recycling bins
- Restock cleaning supplies as needed
- Report maintenance issues or damages
- Follow cleaning schedules and company standards
- Ensure all areas are clean, safe, and guest-ready
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning or housekeeping experience required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Reliable transportation required
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to lift, carry, and move cleaning equipment and supplies
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
