The Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. This role involves managing front desk activities, scheduling appointments, handling patient inquiries, and maintaining accurate medical records.
Provides relevant information to the patient about any upcoming procedures, tests, and appointments, and ensures all proper documentation is in place.
Required Professional Designation/Certificate:
Proficiency in MS Office and electronic medical systems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
