Since 1999, Oxford Pallet & Recyclers Ltd. has been a stable, growing operation serving customers across Ontario. We operate a 54,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Norwich, ON, supporting pallet recycling, manufacturing, and logistics through a large, well-maintained fleet.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain trucks, trailers, and support equipment
- Perform preventive maintenance and safety inspections
- Complete work orders clearly and accurately
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot efficiently
Maintain a fleet including:
- 18 highway tractors & 5 straight trucks
- 13 pickup trucks
- 270 dry van trailers
- 7 walking floor trailers
- 3 grinders
- Provide on-call mobile service when required
- Work in a clean, organized, safety-first shop
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
- Occasional Saturdays (not every weekend)
What You’ll Bring
- Valid 310T Truck & Coach Technician License or later term apprentice
- Strong diesel diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with fleet maintenance and preventive maintenance programs
- Ability to work independently without constant supervision
- Reliable transportation
- A professional attitude and pride in your work
