Canada Games: Québec, 2027
The Canada Games are the country’s largest multi-sport competition and will bring together more than 3,500 high-calibre athletes and coaches in Quebec City from February 27 to March 14, 2027, across 22 sports. Held every two years, alternating between summer and winter, the Games celebrate the perseverance and sportsmanship of young Canadian athletes.

Your Role
History is made with the right people. As Assistant, Media Production, you will play a key role on the team in helping tomorrow’s champions enjoy an unforgettable experience in an energetic and inspiring environment. With your attention to detail and organizational skills, you will help ensure a seamless, positive, and memorable experience for athletes during the Games.
Under the supervision of the Director, Media Production, your talent and energy will enable you to:
Support the team with technical and administrative tasks related to the production and broadcast of the Games;
Participate in the planning, setup, configuration, and technical operation of the Main Broadcast Center;
Support the management of the Games’ broadcast-related web pages and mobile app;
Support the coordinator in the scheduling, validation, and management of SRT stream keys as well as the Vimeo hosting platform;
Collaborate on technical site surveys at the various competition venues and ensure the necessary follow-up;
Participate in the onboarding, training, and supervision of volunteers involved in production operations;
Support the management of ad hoc requests and contribute to resolving issues in a dynamic environment.
Keys to success

College diploma in film and television production, electronics technology: audiovisual, or any other relevant field;
1 year of relevant experience in a similar role or any equivalent combination of education and experience;
Proficiency with computer tools (Google Workspace);
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
Basic knowledge of network broadcasting protocols (SRT, RTMP) and streaming tools;
Strong command of French, both spoken and written; English is an asset;
Authorization to work in Canada;
Successful completion of a criminal background check required.
