Overview
We are seeking a reliable and attentive Parking Attendant to manage parking operations. This role involves guiding vehicles, ensuring safety, and providing excellent customer service to visitors and staff. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills. Duties
- Direct and assist drivers in parking and retrieving vehicles efficiently and safely
- Monitor parking areas to ensure proper flow of traffic and adherence to parking regulations
- Conduct routine inspections of parking lot conditions and report any hazards or assist with parking lot maintenance needs
- Communicate effectively with visitors, staff, and team members to provide clear instructions and assistance
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the parking area to ensure a safe environment
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills for interacting with visitors and team members
- Mechanical knowledge related to vehicle movement
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and stand for extended periods
