Overview:
As a Shop Foreperson, you will play a crucial role in managing and overseeing the daily activities of technicians in the shop. This includes supervising employees, delivery of quality diagnostic and repair services, maintaining equipment, and ensuring workplace safety.
As a Red Seal Certified RV Technician you will be performing pre-delivery inspections, accurately diagnosing, and repairing a variety of technical issues, inspecting, and adjusting, or overhaul recreational vehicles and travel trailers.
You will be responsible for maintaining a clean work environment, participating in training, assisting co-workers, completing jobs with efficiency and other tasks as required.

Qualifications:

RV Technician Red Seal.
Previous RV technician experience (minimum 5 years).
Prior leadership/supervisory experience (minimum 2 years).
Previous forklift experience preferred and considered an asset.
Propane License or RV1 or RV2 License required.
Valid driver's license required.
